Give them their laurels.
Laurels are shorts embroidered with the run that earned them: the course as they ran it, the finish time, the weeks it took to get there. Each pair is drawn from the runner’s own GPS data.
That’s what makes them hard to give. We’re building the way to do it without spoiling the gift. Tell us who it’s for and the race, and we’ll write when it’s ready.
Nothing is charged. We never contact them.
Questions
Can I buy Laurels shorts as a gift?
Not quite yet. Preorders open to runners on November 2, and gifting follows. Join the gift list and we'll write to you when it opens.
Why does the runner need to be part of it?
Each pair is drawn from their own run: the course from their GPS track, their finish time, the weeks of training before it. That lives in their Strava or Garmin account, so they connect it and approve the drawing before anything is stitched.
Will you contact the runner?
No. The gift list is only for you. We write to you when gifting opens, and you decide when to tell them.
What if I don't know their finish time or the exact race?
That's fine. A first name and roughly when is enough for now. The details come from their own data later.
